Halmista!! their music is very alive just like how they perform. also they are one of the last few bands that still remains defending the faith of Old School Heavy Metal.

My favorite band is the Eraserheads because they were the ones who paved way for a larger and much exciting music industry in the Philippines. Their songs have made an indescribable mark on the country's history in the field of entertainment. They also have successfully defined what is the real meaning of Original Pilipino Music. Lastly, many would agree that they are life-changing and inspiring to the youth of yesterday and today.

I really like Bamboo. They really rock this state. They make realize to the people what's really and currently happening and what to do. They give advice too. They inspire people :)

Nobody ever made me feel proud of being a Filipino and of who I am but the great King of Pinoy Rap/hip-hop Francis Magalona and his band. His songs were a tremendous lyrical wake up call, dealing with nationalism, society, and relevant issues people in position should be taking care of. No wonder the whole Pinoy music industry grieved with his passing, leaving us his inspiring legacy of that will live on among those touched by his musical ingenuity, including me.

My favorite local band is Parokya ni Edgar. They are really versatile artists. They can make really funny songs, moving love songs, and even hip-hop and rock songs. And what's best about them is that they are still the same guys when they entered in the music scene.

My favorite local band is Typecast because they are not necessarily famous, nor they are hardcore rockers, but they still make sense, they influence people and they are not afraid to lash out what they want to express.
Truly, it is reflected in their songs how they really feel and how rock can complement a love song.
